3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if a technical failure on our part prevents successful processing of your transaction, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your support request. Refunds are not provided for user errors, incorrect data uploads, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, unless the service was not delivered as described. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction, including your transaction details and a description of the issue. All refund requests are reviewed promptly and handled with the seriousness and confidentiality expected of a financial data handler.
4. Service Cancellation
- No Ongoing Commitment: Since there are no subscriptions or recurring payments, you may simply stop using the service at any time. No formal cancellation is required.
